We strive for full customer satisfaction and therefore, if you are dissatisfied with our treatments, please notify us within 48 hours.<\/p>\n<p>We are committed to providing you with a fix or a correction free of charge (corrections are usually accommodated within 3 days (72 hours) from the initial service)\u2013 unfortunately, we do not honour free corrections if you reschedule or notify beyond this timeframe).<\/p>\n<p>A fault on our side will result in a redo or compensation. Deposits paid are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
